Merit Home Concierge was founded by husband-and-wife duo Jacob and Sidney O’Brien with a clear conviction: your home should be protected, maintained, and thoughtfully cared for — whether you’re present or away.
Based right here in Louisville, Kentucky, we saw a need in our community for a professional, trustworthy home watch service, especially among the active adults and retirees who split their time between Louisville and warmer climates.
Too many homeowners were relying on neighbors, friends, or family members to “keep an eye on things”and too often, small problems became expensive disasters because no one was conducting a real inspection. We started Merit Home Concierge to change that.
To give Louisville homeowners complete peace of mind by providing professional, reliable, and transparent home watch and concierge services. We treat every home we visit as if it were our own, and we hold ourselves to the highest standards of honesty, thoroughness, and communication.
