Merit Home Concierge offers a suite of concierge services designed to take the hassle out of homeownership so you can focus on enjoying your time—wherever you are. All concierge services are available as standalone options or as add-ons to any home watch plan.

Our Services

  • Heading south for the winter? Coming back in the spring? We’ll prepare your home for departure and have everything ready for your return.

    Closing Service: Adjust thermostats, set water to a trickle or shut-off (per your preference), secure all windows and doors, arrange mail forwarding, ensure outdoor furniture is stored, and complete a final walkthrough with photos.

    Opening Service: Turn on water and check for leaks, adjust HVAC for comfort, stock essentials, air out the home, verify all systems are operational, and have the house feeling welcoming before you walk in the door.

  • Need a plumber, electrician, or cleaning crew at your home while you’re away? We’ll meet them, let them in, oversee the work, and lock up when they’re done. You get a report on what was completed, so you never have to wonder.

    We can also help you find trusted local service providers if you don’t already have a go-to team in Louisville.

  • Need a ride to the airport? A lift to a medical appointment? We coordinate reliable transportation for our clients, connecting you with trusted local services so you can get where you need to go safely and on time.

  • Packages sitting on a porch are an invitation for theft—and a signal to anyone passing by that nobody’s home. We collect your packages and mail, bring them inside, and can forward important items to you. We’ll also clear out junk mail and flyers that pile up and scream “vacant.”

  • From picking up prescriptions and dry cleaning to grabbing groceries or dropping off donations, we handle the errands that eat up your day. This service is available for homeowners who are in-residence or away. Perfect for those times when getting out just isn’t convenient.

  • Walk into a home that’s ready for you. We’ll stock your refrigerator and pantry with your preferred groceries, set fresh linens, adjust the temperature, and make sure everything is clean and welcoming. Just send us your list, and your home will feel lived-in from the moment you arrive.
