Heading south for the winter? Coming back in the spring? We’ll prepare your home for departure and have everything ready for your return.
Closing Service: Adjust thermostats, set water to a trickle or shut-off (per your preference), secure all windows and doors, arrange mail forwarding, ensure outdoor furniture is stored, and complete a final walkthrough with photos.
Opening Service: Turn on water and check for leaks, adjust HVAC for comfort, stock essentials, air out the home, verify all systems are operational, and have the house feeling welcoming before you walk in the door.

Need a plumber, electrician, or cleaning crew at your home while you’re away? We’ll meet them, let them in, oversee the work, and lock up when they’re done. You get a report on what was completed, so you never have to wonder.
